Delete your Kimon Games account

How to delete your account and personal data for games published by Kimon Games on Google Play and the App Store.

This page applies to these games by Kimon Games:

  • Dominus: Gladiator Arena RPG
  • Gladiator Arena: Rise
  • Gladiator Arena: Sword & Glory
  • Space Pirates: Conquer

Option 1: Delete in the game

  1. Open the game and go to Settings.
  2. Choose Account (or the account / profile section).
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Deletion starts as soon as you confirm. You will be signed out and your progress cannot be restored.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can't open the game anymore, or you uninstalled it, email [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion request". Include:

  • the game name,
  • your player name and player ID (if you know them),
  • and send it from the email address linked to your account, if you have one.

We may ask a question to confirm the account is yours. We confirm by email when deletion is complete.

What gets deleted

  • Your account, email address, player name and player ID
  • Game progress, items, virtual currency, rankings and clan membership
  • Chat messages and other content linked to your account
  • Device identifiers stored with your account

What we keep, and for how long

  • Purchase records (transaction ID, item, date and price), as long as tax and accounting laws require. They are no longer linked to a playable account.
  • Security logs for up to 90 days, to prevent fraud and abuse.
  • Data in backups is overwritten within 30 days.

We complete deletion within 30 days of your request. Unused virtual currency and items are lost and are not refunded. Store purchases and refunds are managed by Apple and Google. Deleting your game account does not delete your Apple or Google account.
